Acceptance of Terms

BeatTicker is owned and operated by Fushun Hongfan Technology Co., Ltd. ("Hongfan Technology", "we", or "us"). By using BeatTicker products and services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Personal Use Only

BeatTicker is for personal, non-commercial use only. Any sale of BeatTicker or any related materials, services, or software derived from it requires prior written permission from Hongfan Technology. If you submit suggestions or feedback about BeatTicker, you grant BeatTicker and any third parties the right to use and incorporate your feedback into BeatTicker or third-party software without compensation.

2. Intellectual Property

You acknowledge that Hongfan Technology holds all rights to BeatTicker, including but not limited to all intellectual property rights. "Intellectual property rights" means all rights under patent, copyright, trade secret, trademark, unfair competition, and related laws, including all applications, renewals, extensions, and restorations, worldwide, whether now or hereafter in effect. You agree not to modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on BeatTicker, reverse engineer or decompile BeatTicker, or attempt to derive its source code. You agree not to remove, obscure, or alter any copyright notice, trademark, or proprietary rights notice of BeatTicker or any third party.

3. User Privacy

Respecting user privacy is a fundamental policy of Hongfan Technology. We will not publicly disclose, edit, or reveal your registration information or non-public content stored in our services, except in good faith where we believe disclosure is necessary to:

• Comply with applicable laws and regulations, including providing authorities with content, timestamps, IP addresses, or domain names when lawfully required;
• Follow BeatTicker's service procedures;
• Protect the intellectual property rights of Hongfan Technology;
• Protect the privacy and safety of users and the public in emergencies;
• Any other circumstances we deem necessary.

4. Service Changes

Hongfan Technology reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any part of the service at any time without notice. You accept that Hongfan Technology may exercise this right and that we are not liable to you or any third party for doing so.

5. Limitation of Liability

You understand and agree that your use of BeatTicker and any third-party software provided with or through BeatTicker is at your own risk. You are solely responsible for any damage to your device or data loss resulting from downloading or using BeatTicker or such third-party software.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hongfan Technology expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, accuracy, completeness, freedom from viruses, and freedom from errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hongfan Technology and its licensors make no representation or warranty that:

• Your use of the service will meet your requirements;
• Your use of the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free;
• Any information obtained through the service will be accurate or reliable;
• Any defects in software provided as part of the service will be corrected.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hongfan Technology shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of BeatTicker or related to our products and services (including but not limited to damages from personal injury, privacy breaches, negligence, or any monetary or other losses). By uploading content, you grant Hongfan Technology and its affiliates the right to store such content on BeatTicker servers, while you or the original copyright holder retain the copyright. Hongfan Technology will not publish such content through other public channels without your permission.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hongfan Technology from any attorney's fees, damages, government penalties, and other costs arising from your violation of these Terms or any other Hongfan Technology terms of service.

7. Governing Law
